After receiving his Ph.D. in physics from Cambridge University, England in 1990, Dr. Brown did post-doctoral work in Canada and Australia.In 1998 he began lecturing in physics at Canterbury University and was a founding member of the Nanostructure Engineering Science and Technology (NEST) group and the MacDiarmid Institute for Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology. His articles on nanoclusters and nanowire assembly have been published in many respected books and journals around the world. The novelty of the results has elicited considerable interest.
A native of Denver, Colorado, USA, Shannon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication / Public Relations from Texas State University -San Marcos. She has a background in product marketing, human resources and office administration.
Monica has a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree from the University of Canterbury and three years of study in Cluster Mobility. She is currently handling NCD's equipment development.
Andreas holds a PhD in Physics from Gotheburg University in his native country of Sweden. He has a background in Cluster Physics. Before he came to New Zealand he spent a year and a half doing postdoctoral work in Germany.
Joris holds a PhD in Integrated Optics from the University of Twente in The Netherlands. He has experience with optical sensors and Microfabrication Technology.
A native of England, Mark has a background in commercialising and project managing Technology products in Europe and New Zealand. He holds an MBA from Exeter University and a BEng (Hons) from South Bank University in London. |
